By accessing or using the OperIQ platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

OperIQ provides an AI-powered business operating system that includes workflow automation, CRM, HR analytics, and predictive intelligence tools.

3. Service Level Agreement

For our Enterprise customers, OperIQ guarantees a 99.9% uptime SLA. Standard and Professional plans operate under a commercially reasonable effort uptime target.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OperIQ and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OperIQ, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
